To register to host a Mobile Headquarters event:

Scroll down to the form below.
Fill in your name, phone number and email
To check the schedule for available slots for your area of interest, click on its schedule, below.
- Then click your browser's BACK button to return to the form
Click on the named site to see its map.
- Then click your browser's BACK button to return to the form
You can enter up to four events on this form
Enter a date in the form mm/dd where dates are between 09/05 and 11/07.
Select the times and sites from their respective Pull-Down choice boxes.
If you want to enter repeating dates for the same site, you can enter the text in the big OTHER box.
- For example: Ukiah Farmers' Market every Saturday from 12:30-5:30
After you Submit your entry, you can:
- click on the Home button to reset the form.
- enter more - click the browser's BACK button, then the browser's RELOAD button. Your information will still be there. Just replace the dates, times and sites with your additional choices, and Submit again.
The schedules are updated every night. Check back on the following day to see your entries. Go to the Home page and click on the MHQ Schedule link.
