- Reviewed the Climate Emergency Resolution details composed by Robin.
- Last month, Robin sent a copy for Perri Kaller to put on the CC agenda, but got no reply.
- Voted on the resolution after adding a paragraph including the County Board of Supervisors.

- Ideas of what a Booth Staffer should be doing - Robin put together an activity description for the
MHQ and Voter Registration Protocols- Robin will review the latest CA voting laws and update the MHQ binders accordingly.
- What shall we do to prepare for the March 5 Primary election?
- Michelle, Robin and Fred continuing updates and mods to the roster to extend it for a volunteer database. Robin collated all the known volunteers from the membership forms and created 2 volunteer page tabs in our Roster, one by member name, and the other by volunteer category. A copy was emailed to the EC in both XLSX and ODS formats.
- Fred will add to the Event Schedule Template when Sally plans to close up shared events to avoid confusion in the future.
- How to reach out to other clubs for help in staffing the booths? - i.e. Tekla is the new conduit to the CC.

Supervisors Endorsement Questionnaire-01-24 - Endorsements Standing Rule 2022
- Fred will send a notice through Mailchimp to all MIGS that our meeting February 8 will be to vote on Dist 1 & 2 Supervisor endorsements and EC candidates. It will include links to their questionnaire responses and the 2 Candidate Forums on jukebox. It will also include mention that we are working on improving our audio and internet problems for next time.

Section 4. Election of Officers and Executive Committee Members at Large

The officers and members at large of the Executive Committee shall be elected by a majority vote of the members in good standing in attendance at the February meeting of the members and shall take office immediately following the election.

The officers and members at large so elected shall hold office at the pleasure of the membership.
Section 5. Nominations.

Nominations shall be conducted at the January meeting of the members.

The Executive Committee shall nominate a slate of all expiring officers’ positions and the three member at large positions.

My name is Gabriel Baca, and I am a member of the Inland Mendocino Democratic Club. I read about the upcoming officers election on February 8, and am interested in joining the Executive Committee. I have started attending regular meetings in person since the Labor Day picnic at Todd Grove Park, and want to become involved with the Democratic Club. If there are any forms I need to fill out, or additional information that is required for my nomination, please let me know by replying t.o this email. Thank you for your time.

All candidates shall be members in good standing at the nomination meeting.

The Executive Committee's slate of candidates and a list of all other candidates shall be distributed to the membership using any electronic or physical means as appropriate at least fifteen (15) days prior to the election date.

- Next time we have a big meeting, let's rent a better venue.
- Need a place with more stable internet and better AV equipment. Some venues come with it.
