      1. Endorsement Standing Rule: Fred reorganized Kayla's doc a bit with headings and re-groupings. Fred added his comments in italic text and mostly indented. He did not change any of her initial text.

      3. Candidate recruitment for future elections
        • Steve and Peter will look in to that, where vacancies may be coming up in the next elections or a need for candidate changes. ELECTED OFFICIALS - MENDOCINO COUNTY 2024/25
        • Steve will check with central committee on appropriate next steps.
      4. Candidates for Dist 5
        Obtain complete list of appointed seats open in 2026
        Willits City Council seats for 2026
        Ukiah City Council for 2026
      5. Ukiah Unified has a Board position open, Steve will work to get a draft letter written to send to Fred and will target the UUSD zip codes. 
    9. Setting the salary for the DA’s office

    1. Good of the Order: Fred mentioned that Indivisible does not choose a political party. How can they be resistant to the current regime and not choose a party? The only way we can effect a change is by revolt or vote. How do we become the party of change?
