Motion to Approve Consent Calendar [Approved/action] - Central Committee Report - Gabriel/Jesse
- Central Committee Report Jesse reported the MCDCC approved the DNC polling.
- Chair’s Report- Fred Mervine Fred displayed the face he made for the website for people to sign up and interact with the club. Family membership will be accommodated in the system he designed for a membership drive. This will help us manage the membership in preparation for an increase.
- Old Business
- Endorsement Standing Rule: Fred reorganized Kayla's doc a bit with headings and re-groupings. Fred added his comments in italic text and mostly indented. He did not change any of her initial text. Robin recommended we leave the standing rule as written. Fred felt there is value is looking at the language and will schedule time for the club to discuss.

Who got trained? Who will do the MOE? Jesse, Michelle Robin- The membership is 2% of the registered democrats that could be in the club.
- Use MOE to generate target DEMS for out-reach
- I'd like to get a list of registered DEMs in our IMDC zips to send out recruiting letters, or a least to sign up on the mailing list.
- A list of specific age groups to help the REYDems,
- A list by ethnicity to help Juan set up a Latino club.
- A list of those Dems who have not voted in recent elections, a reminder that registering is only the first step in participation.
- Slate Elections - February 13 - Report - Helen reported that a specific slate was passed. Online voting was made available. Gabriel mentioned that Leo Buc was one of the delegates elected.
- Adopting Score Start voting for county elections - Gabriel-tabled and request that we remove from the agenda STAR Voting. Gave review of how the system worked.
- Estelle Introduction of petition to reinstate Auditor and Tax Collector as separate, elected offices - Robin sent the petition to the EXEC Team. We replied to Fred with our opinion and passed supporting the resolution. Michelle communicated result to Estelle
- Review and comment on ideas presented at January member meeting
- Forums
- Sheriff/Police Chief ?Allow deport from jail - esp those awaiting trial will not participate unless there is a warrant
- BoS reps John Haschak, Ukiah CC - Juan, Mari, Heather Criss

- Anti-Deportaion Training - ACLU Training occurred. There is a link that Steve has to be able to review the training. Initial training done in January. Steve mentioned that there is real rapid response network. Indivisible has already done it. Steve will share how to do this once he works out the details.

- Where do kids go if parents are captured? Letter template to be deposited with important parties- Juan and Helen are working to connect this to the schools
- Catholic Charities Schedule - First Wednesday of Every Month.
- Michelle moved to gift Nuestra Alianza, Helen seconded and made the amount of $1000 to support them providing anti-deportation training and notary services for legal forms. MSV: Michelle, Helen, 7-0-0, Approved unanimously

- Develop list of resources - who what when where why.
- Mendocino County Voter Research
- As party of our Elections Committee report, we are submitting a request for your consideration to fund research into why almost 6000 voters in Mendocino County voted in 2020 but not in 2024.
- Question: financial support - how much? No motion to support financially.

- Indivisible National Action 4/5- Gabriel suggests we include their events in our newsletters and to invite the leadership of Indivisible to come and speak. Helen will contact Janet Rosen about giving a summary of what they are doing.
