Monica announced a sale to raise money for a scholarship. She proposed that the Club sponsor a Labor Day Parade in 2021.

- Chair’s Report
Fred congratulated everyone who had been involved on the Mobile HQ project. IMDC donated to Bluenotes, which expected to send out around 20,000 cards and ended up sending out 84,000.

- Treasurer’s Report
Joe reported that IMDC has $9,005.00 in the bank, 121 members, 33 lapsed members.

- IMDC elects a new Treasurer and Vice President in even years, President and Secretary in odd years. Joe is resigning so we need a new Treasurer.
- Fred demoed the website.
- We discussed what to do on Election Night. Fred, Val, Helen, Dave and Phyllis will work on it.
- Jackie reported that she is working in the Latino community to register people to vote. The Spanish language newspaper carried an article on how important it is to vote. Her organization, Ukiah Vecinos en Acción, received 3 grants to run workshops in Spanish.
