2. Main Event

   Senator Mike McGuire joined us to discuss events and issues of the day. He talked about unemployment, homelessness, the fires, corona virus relief, the COVID vaccine and the importance of getting a flu shot. He also addressed income inequality and police and law enforcement reform, the census and the problem of the increased level of covid infection among Latinos and farm workers.    Joe reported that we have $8.000.00 in the bank. We have 101 members and 51 members have lapsed.

   1. Mobile Headquarters Report - Mike reported on the schedule for the upcoming week. Jerry Karp has volunteered to help with marketing. Fred suggests using the Outreach Committee. We need volunteers to fill in remaining slots. Click here to volunteer

    Jackie's group received a grant to host workshops on how to vote and other topics to try to reach out and engage Latinos.
