        1. Endorsement Standing Rule: Fred reorganized Kayla's doc a bit with headings and re-groupings. Fred added his comments in italic text and mostly indented. He did not change any of her initial text.

        3. Candidate recruitment for future elections
          • Steve and Peter will look in to that, where vacancies may be coming up in the next elections or a need for candidate changes. ELECTED OFFICIALS - MENDOCINO COUNTY 2024/25
          • Steve will check with central committee on appropriate next steps.
        4. Candidates for Dist 5
          Obtain complete list of appointed seats open in 2026
          Willits City Council seats for 2026
          Ukiah City Council for 2026
        5. Setting the salary for the DA’s office
          Steve will look into it
      9.  New Business
      1. Prop 50 postcards and a budget for stamps. New Business
        20251016 Motion to buy 1000 stamps for postcarding : Passed
      2. funding to Catholic Charities
        20251016 Motion to donate $3k to Catholic Charities to support legal aid for immigrants : Passed
      3. Recall DA
        Friday Helen turned in 80 signatures and yesterday Katrina verified them. Now
        applying for a PAC number and bank account
      4. Prop 50 Project Report
        Members can register on Mobilize to canvas for Prop 50. Link is on  website
