    1. Endorsement Standing Rule: I've reorganized Kayla's doc a bit with headings and re-groupings. I also added my comments in italic text and mostly indented. I did not change any of her initial text. <Table until after the election>

    2. Prop 33 - Helen?
      1. 20241018 Motion to Approve Endorsement of Prop 33: Unanimous
      2. Gabriel will look into Prop 34 for next club meeting.

    3. Ideas for Attracting Members to Mendocino County Democratic Inland Club

      • The membership is 2% of the registered democrats that could be in the club.
      • Use MOE to generate target DEMS for out-reach
      • I'd like to get a list of registered DEMs in our IMDC zips to send out recruiting letters, or a least to sign up on the mailing list.
      • A list of specific age groups to help the REYDems,
      • A list by ethnicity to help Juan set up a Latino club.
      • A list of  those Dems who have not voted in recent elections, a reminder that registering is only the first step in participation.
    4. Post Carding at Oct Meeting, Candidate Speakers
      1. Club has sent out more than 4000 post cards
      2. Robin has postcards for Rodgers - Club should buy postage
      3. Steve has postcards for Oct. meeting
  7. New Business   
    1. MHQ - recruit volunteers.lets get the show on the road.
      1. Robin will sort out volunteer list and publish Friday 9/20
      2. MHQ Hubs for Ukiah, Covelo, Anderson Valley & Redwood Valley - need Willits
      3. signup sheet is live on web site
      4. Fred will deliver 2022 MHQ operators - Execs will recruit volunteers
    2. Election watch party. I've reserved ARRC large room for Nov 5
      1. Steve arrange for wine and beer
      2. Helen refreshments
      3. Fred ask Rose Mary Eddy to organize
    3. Request from CC  for $2000 to donate to State Fund for campaign support
    4. 20241018 Motion to Approve donation to CC of $2000: 5/0/1
  8. Good of the Order
    1. REYDems Org meeting Slam Dunk 9/19 Organize for Kamala 5-6 put on calendar and send out email
    2. 9/24 candidate night at 6:00 at the Ukiah Civic Center.  Fred email and calendar
