2. Revision and approval of agenda

3. Consider May 2024 Executive Committee Minutes
   2024919 Fred reviewed the minutes. Motion to Approve Minutes as published, MSV: Kayla, Robin, 4-0-1 Approved, Michelle abstained: Yes
   
4. Treasurer’s Report
   2024919 Robin gave a verbal report. She recommends we reduce the size of the PO BOX. Net worth $12,790.61. Motion to Approve treasurer's report as provided. MSV: Steve, Michelle, 5-0 Approved: Yes

6. Old Business
   1. Kayla gave an update on the new event planned for Sunday: 4,010 in donations. Small memory book for Jim Mastin. Jay Epstein's Insurance Committee gave a 1,000 donation. Entertainment will be Ed Rienhart and ??. Deserts are one per person. Coast event then right into the Labor Day Picnic.
7. New Business
   1. Investigate starting a PAC., PAC2- 
      1. Unsponsored independent PAC- Complete form, once approved, you are all set. Might have to register as a State PAC which is just a duplicate effort. In order for us to donate to a Federal or State Campaign, you must create a PAC. Bank Account when you apply. One person as Treasurer and one as Agent which is essentially Asst. Treasurer. Point here is that we cannot fund any kind of political action or initiatives that are State or Federally related unless we are a PAC. 
   2. July meeting - skip this month's regular meeting so that we can focus on events. Will still hold the Exec Team Meeting. MSV: Helen, Robin, 7-0-1, Approved, Gabriel abstained
   3. Our 2024 Campaign - see chair's report.
   4. Next meeting we will discuss post card writing, house parties, also a discussion on the suggestions given by Tekla on the endorsement process used by the club was had and the discussion was tabled.
