    1. Robin reviewed the Climate Emergency Resolution details. Adopted unanimously on 01/16/2024
      1. Tekla take to CC - Lynne - Central Committee looked at it and decided to not send to resolutions and to bring to CADEM. It was reviewed as a point of information. Discussion on how to urge the Central Committee to participate and it was decided that we rewrite it and send it to them in proper form.
      2. Specifications for resolutions going to CADEM are structured in this way:

      3. Helen will talk with Eileen to format the current resolution
      4. Fred will publish a newsletter advising the membership of the climate resolution
    2. Mailchimp upgrade: 3 seats $27/month DONE but....
      1. Fred will cancel the upgrade and use the free version. 
      2. Did this, but there issues...  Mailchimp is not keeping up with current law. Recommend switching to a new mail program. More research is needed. June 1 is when new laws come into play.
    3. Webmaster- Fred wants to develop a job description. 
      1. Fred will contact Ari.
      2. Helen recommends Ari problem solve issues for us that might be outside the website yet tech related.
    4. Upgrade our microphone or choose a better venue
      1. Did Fred find the hidden microphone?
      2. What venues were explored - NCO lends their conference room during business hours at no cost. Michelle will look at the venues and will bring a cost sheet for everyone to decide. Hotels are an option. Look at Stars. City of Ukiah, SEIU has a meeting room, Jewish Community Room, 
    5. CalCare legislative visit with Assembly member Jim Wood on March 20
      1. All are invited to join but be silent in the background - speaking roles are already assigned

    1. April  Speakers - Jim Wood
    2. Campaign 2024 - open discussion
    3. IMDC Meeting Agenda- Kayla appreciates the guest speaker process and suggests we can hold house parties for postcard writing. Tekla recommends organizing a campaign to bring the young people in. Fred asked how do we make politics interesting to all people? House parties might be the way to go. Helen and Kayla will gather and brainstorm guest speakers.

      1. Judy Popowski stopped supporting us.  She was disturbed by our endorsement process. Fred will review the recording to watch the process that transpired. An agenda item will be developed in the future to look at the club's process for endorsement.
