1. Call to order / Welcome
2. Consider August 22 Executive Committee Minutes

3. Treasurer’s Report
   2024416 Motion to Approve treasurer's report as revised: Unanimous
   
4. Chair’s Report Fred has been ill and didn't prepare a report. 5 MHQ kits were deployed and we did the Labor Day Picnic.  Booneville Fair is coming this weekend. 
   
5. Business
   1. Endorsements -
      1. Shall we donate to the candidates we endorsed?
      2. Draft Candidate List
      3. 2024416 Motion to donate $250 each to Juan Orozco, Susan Sher, Mari Rodin, and Jennifer Sookne if they want it.: Unanimous
         
   2. Recruitment efforts - Bill Brockenborough, Hopland Fire Department
      1. The Hopland Band of Pomo Indians is having a big meeting on Tuesday, September 27 from 6pm - 7:30pm  at theTribal  Community Hall where Bill Brockenborough and other firefighters will be using one of our MHQ kits to register Tribal People to vote.  The Tribal Elders requested contact with the IMDC.
         
      2. Fred and Scott will go.  Robin will provide their contact information to Bill.
      3. 2024416 Motion to endorse Measure P: unanimous
         
      4. 2024416 Motion to endorse Measure H: unanimous
         
      5. 2024416 Motion to oppose Proposition 27: unanimous
         
      6. 2024416 Motion to inquire what the Hopland Tribe prefers for Proposition 26, and endorse it accordingly: unanimous
         
   3. MHQ Kits
      1. 6 kits have been deployed: Robin, Scott and Jim in Ukiah, Kayla in Willits, Val in Anderson Valley, and Tekla in Covelo.
      2. Those who want to borrow a kit will have to contact Fred through the website and he will give them the contact information for one of the kits.  The person keeping the kit will orient the borrower as to how to register voters.
      3. A strap on the sandwich board makes carrying it much easier.  Scott will put a strap on his. Robin will add a strap to Kayla's kit.
      4. We need to call our lists of members to recruit more volunteers
   4. Boonville Fair
      1. Has been fully staffed with volunteers
      2. Need to set up our MHQ to register people to vote
      3. Setup and Take down
