    1. Continue planning for MHQ - everybody needs to be engaged
    2. It is all published on our IMDC website with hyperlinks to each report
    3. drafted a spreadsheet to analyze a budget for each kit and sent it to Robin to update
    4. drafted a spreadsheet to analyze the roles of each volunteer and their contact info
    5. Published the May Newsletter

      1. 2 new members Brian and Daphne Alexander and a renewing member Susan Sher were approved.
