- MHQ Kit - Robin
- Robin reviewed the contents of the voter registration kit she sent to Fred. We can also use the QR code that goes straight to the State voter registration website. Where will we get the bling from each candidate? We could use US flags wedged into the dirt, a popup with our club name painted on the flap, and other signs from the storage space.
- Robin will send Helen and Kayla the voter instructions we developed in the Voter Registration Committee.
- We can provide fliers for other advocacy organizations, like Mobilize Us, etc. Under the umbrella of the MCDCC, we can provide literature to support federal candidates. Visibility!
- How will people even notice us? We can display the candidate yard signs around the vehicle. Helen asked Richard Shoemaker, but he doesn’t know where the big magnetic signs that Joe used on the side of his big ass van. We can order new ones!
- MHQ Plan - Fred
- Fred will continue developing the MHQ master plan.
- Fred will continue developing the MHQ master plan.
- MHQ Sites - Jim
- Jim and Scott will scope out the sights. Scott also will find out if we can set up at farmers markets. Jim and Scott will work together on a site plan beginning with all the sites that Joe used last time.
- Fred will send Joe’s old schedule to Jim.
- Scott & Jim will meet on Friday afternoon.
- MHQ Voter Data - Judy
- Fred wants a baseline of voting statistics to compare over time to see if we are making a statistical difference. Judy will ask the MCDCC for statistics from MO to find out the number of registered voters in Mendocino County in 2018 & 2020 by zip codes and how many registered Democrats voted?
- MHQ Recruitment - TBD
- It is easier to recruit volunteers if we have a specific time and place rather than offer an open schedule. We need to begin recruiting people ASAP! Give the membership PLENTY of advanced notice about the MHQ.
