  2. Ideas for Attracting Members to Mendocino County Democratic Inland Club
    Robin is our MOE person?
    - IMDC membership is 2% of the registered democrats that could be in the club.
    - Use MOE to generate target DEMS for out-reach
    - I'd like to get a list of:
      - Registered DEMs in our IMDC zips to send out recruiting letters, or a least to sign up on the mailing list.
      - A list of specific age groups to help the REYDems,
      - A list by ethnicity to help Juan set up a Latino club.
      - A list of those Dems who have not voted in recent elections, a reminder that registering is only the first step in participation.

    - - REYDEMS Pizza & Politics - March 21
      - Indivisible National Action 4/5- Gabriel suggests we include their events in our newsletters and to invite the leadership of Indivisible to come and speak. Helen will contact Janet Rosen about giving a summary of what they are doing.

  1. REACTION to assault on democracy:l
    1. Deportation reaction - local impact - red cards, Catholic charities, informative forums
    2. Everything else is at a national level - what can we (IMDC) do WRT
  2. Report on Town Hall with Jared Huffman & Chris Rogers - Helen
  3. ACTION
    1. We (the Democratic Party) are the point of the spear. The power we have is in the vote. We need to prepare for the 2026 campaign now
    2. Federal - Make sure we keep Huffman visible
    3. State - Make sure we keep Rogers visible
    4. Local - 2026 3rd and 5th Dist Supes up for election. 3rd Haaschak. Do we support Williams, or can we find a better candidate?
    5. Other local seats in 2026. Need a list of vacancies and offices up for election in 2026. One of the most effective actions we can take now is to recruit progressive candidates for as many local seats as we can.
