    1. Robin reviewed the Climate Emergency Resolution details, Group. Vote on approving the resolution.
    2. Ideas of what a Booth Staffer should be doing - Robin put together an activity description for the
      MHQ and Event Activity Specification
    3. Michelle, Robin and Fred continuing updates and mods to the roster to extend it for a volunteer database. Robin created a volunteer page in our Roster which we will utilize for volunteer efforts.
    4. Fred will add to the Event Template when Sally closes up events to avoid confusion in the future.
    5. How to reach out to other clubs for help in staffing the booths. CC's liaison - i.e. Judy is the conduit. Lets discuss how we make this work.
    6. Endorsement ad hoc Committee report

      1. We need to establish a way to keep the website up to date and to exist after I've crossed the great divide.

    1. IMEC Elections

      Section 4. Election of Officers and Executive Committee Members at Large

      1. The officers and members at large of the Executive Committee shall be elected by a majority vote of the members in good standing in attendance at the February meeting of the members and shall take office immediately following the election.

      2. The officers and members at large so elected shall hold office at the pleasure of the membership.

      Section 5. Nominations.

      1. Nominations shall be conducted at the January meeting of the members.

      2. The Executive Committee shall nominate a slate of all expiring officers’ positions and the three member at large positions.

        1. VP: Helen

        2. Treas: Robin

        3. At large: Tekla, Kayla, Steve

        4. Tekla is now our CC liaison

      3. Any member may run for office or member at large by submitting their name in writing to the Executive Committee at least thirty (30) days prior to the January membership meeting.

        1. My name is Gabriel Baca, and I am a member of the Inland Mendocino Democratic Club. I read about the upcoming officers election on February 8, and am interested in joining the Executive Committee. I have started attending regular meetings in person since the Labor Day picnic at Todd Grove Park, and want to become involved with the Democratic Club. If there are any forms I need to fill out, or additional information that is required for my nomination, please let me know by replying to this email. Thank you for your time.

      1. All candidates shall be members in good standing at the nomination meeting.

      2. The Executive Committee's slate of candidates and a list of all other candidates shall be distributed to the membership using any electronic or physical means as appropriate at least fifteen (15) days prior to the election date.

    2. Just to be clear: Do you - Helen, Robin, Tekla, Kyla and Steve intend to stand for election?
    3. I will send the email to the members after this meeting to announce the election.
