  4. Treasurer’s Report

    43 members renewed & 125 haven't, so far. No new members.
    We agreed to use the phone tree to remind previous members to renew before Labor Day.

    1. Recruit - Help for Jim - Electeds Liaison
      Jim still wants 1-2 additional people to be liaisons to local electeds.
      No results yet.
    2. Recruit - New IMDC President
      Fred is timing out as President. Everyone please consider who else could do this.

      1. Suggestions? I stay on as "Interim President"?

    3. Farmers' Market Headquarters (FMHQ) - Peter Events
      Update schedule, report on activity
      Review deployment process 
      Democratic business cards - do we need more? Have many been handed to passers-by? 
    4. T-shirts - in 2020 we printed and sold T-shirts - consider for 2026
      Discussion - should we do T-shirts - other collateral for election?
      They now cost twice what we paid in ~ 2020.  Need to say something meaningful in the future.

    5. Campaign Dinner - McGuire? Connolly? Rogers?
      Discussion - when, where, should we do this at all?
    6. Redwood Empire Fair - August 7-9 (Setup Aug 6)
      1. Sign-up sheet is live
      2. 4 sign-ups so far
      3. Volunteer letter sent to members who have indicated they will work on Fairs
      4. Peter - Call tree activated yet?
    7. Labor Day Picnic - September 7, 11 AM - 3 PM
      Who is taking the lead on the LDP? -- Steve
    8. County Fair & Apple Show - September 18-20 (Setup Sept 17)
      Who is taking the lead on the County Fair? -- Steve & Tekla.  Peter will contact 2 people in Boonville who want to help. 
    9. Letter to Bescerra - Leah Middleton, Peter Good

      Leah created 1st draft.  Eileen edited.  Send to Steyer also?  Agreed to cc him.  Where to send?  See their websites.
