Gather booth furniture, collateral, forms, etc. from storage locker.
Coordinate with Booth Designer
Setup before 9 AM
If more items (prizes, collateral) are needed for Sunday, coordinate how to get them.

TAKE DOWN
This is a post-event task
Gather booth furniture, collateral, forms, etc. return to storage locker.
Deliver any contributions to CC
Coordinate with Booth Designer

Fair Booth Volunteer Guide

Get ready to tumble into a wonderland of pumpkin-filled fantastical adventures! The Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off will be held October 17th from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. The main 2025 Ukiah Country PumpkinFest event will be held on Saturday, October 1th from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday, October 19th from 10am- 4pm in beautiful downtown Ukiah.  The theme this year is “PumpkinFest: Pumpkins of Oz”.
