  1. Call to order / Welcome

  2. Revision and approval of agenda
    20241124 Motion to Approve Agenda as revised: Unanimous
  3. Public Comment and Announcements
    Fred will reserve Slam Dunk Pizza for the next IMDC meeting.
  4. Consider November 20 Executive Committee Minutes
    20241124 Motion to Approve Minutes as revised: unanimously

  5. Treasurer’s Report
    Joe gave a report.
  6. New Business
    We reviewed Joe's policy for candidate endorsement. (Jackie arrives, Joe leaves)
    MOTION to present the Club Candidate Endorsement Policy for the March 3 primary to the general Club meeting in January, duly seconded and passed by a majority.
    Letter to Sheriff Allman. The secretary will write a letter congratulating the sheriff on his retirement.

    1. Set agenda for IMDC meeting
      -  Nominations for Treasurer and VP and 3 members at large
      -  Update on Latino Club
      -  Set up candidate forum for February IMDC meeting
