Campaign Committee Charter

    1. Goal
      Provide activities for our members to engage in local, state and federal campaigns
    2. Objectives
      1. Organize and field campaign activities - post-carding, phone-banking, canvassing
      2. Register voters leading up to current cycle election
    3. Club Campaigning
      1. Monitor MOBILIZE and work with Volunteer Coordinator to enlist volunteers to participate in available opportunities/
      2. Work with Events and Outreach committees to organize club participation in local, state and federal campaigns
        1. email, text, post carding, canvassing, phone banking
    4. Work with Volunteer Coordinator to Launch Election Events
      1. Use the Membership App Admin to launch events
      2. Update web site calendar
      3. Set up website signup sheets
      4. Validate ticketing when needed
      5. Use Membership App to send followup text and or email
      6. Work with Newsletter editor to advertise event
    5. Work with other committees to develop and deliver various training for campaign programs
      1. Mobilizing
      2. Canvassing
      3. Postcarding
      4. Phone banking
    6. Write monthly status report
