6. Central Committee Report - Gabriel/Jesse
  - Central Committee Report
    Jesse explained two main things.
7. Chair’s Report- Fred Mervine
  Nothing new to report (other than something later in the agenda).
8. Old Business
  1. Endorsement Standing Rule: Fred reorganized Kayla's doc a bit with headings and re-groupings. Fred added his comments in italic text and mostly indented. He did not change any of her initial text.
    Ad-hoc committee of Fred & Gabriel was created to present suggested changes to this document at our next meeting.

  2. Attracting new Democratic Club members.
    - Membership Application inlandmendodems.org/Member. User view and admin view. How we are using this to facilitate volunteer signups
      Fred hopes to have summit meeting with the other MenCo clubs in mid-November to get people involved.
      Fred showed his membership pages at the IMDC website.
  3. Candidate recruitment for future elections
    - Steve and Peter will look in to that, where vacancies may be coming up in the next elections or a need for candidate changes. ELECTED OFFICIALS - MENDOCINO COUNTY 2024/25
    - Steve will check with central committee on appropriate next steps.
  4. Candidates for Dist 5
    Obtain complete list of appointed seats open in 2026
    Willits City Council seats for 2026
    Ukiah City Council for 2026
  5. Setting DA's office salaries - Steve will look into the possibility of doing this
  6. Recall DA - Helen
  7. Prop 50 Project Report
