          1. Last month, Robin sent a copy for Perri Kaller to put on the CC agenda, but got no reply.<\/li>\n
          2. Voted on the resolution after adding a paragraph including the County Board of Supervisors.<\/li>\n

          4. I<\/em>deas of what a Booth Staffer should be doing - Robin put together an activity description for the
            \n<\/em><\/strong>            <\/b>MHQ and Voter Registration Protocols <\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

            1. Robin will review the latest CA voting laws and update the MHQ binders accordingly. <\/li>\n
            2. What shall we do to prepare for the March 5 Primary election?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            3. Michelle, Robin and Fred <\/strong>continuing updates and mods to the roster to extend it for a volunteer database. Robin collated all the known volunteers from the membership forms and created 2 volunteer page tabs in our Roster, one by member name, and the other by volunteer category. <\/em>A copy was emailed to the EC in both XLSX and ODS formats. <\/li>\n
            4. Fred <\/em>will add to the Event Schedule Template <\/em><\/strong>when Sally plans to close up shared events to avoid confusion in the future.<\/em><\/li>\n
            5. How to reach out to other clubs for help in staffing the booths? - i.e. Tekla is the new conduit to the CC. <\/strong>\n

                      1. Sponsoring a Zoom forum for AD02 candidates on February 6<\/li>\n
                      2. Robin<\/strong> will send a copy of the Climate Emergency Resolution to Tekla<\/strong> for the CC to agendize. <\/li>\n
                      3. Our friend, Betty Yee is running for Governor in 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

                          1. IMEC Elections<\/strong>\n

                            Section 4.<\/u> Election of Officers and Executive Committee Members at Large<\/strong><\/p>\n

                              The officers and members at large of the Executive Committee shall be elected by a majority vote of the members in good standing in attendance at the February<\/u><\/em> meeting of the members and shall take office immediately following the election.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            2. \n

                              The officers and members at large so elected shall hold office at the pleasure of the membership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              Section 5.<\/u> Nominations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                Nominations shall be conducted at the January<\/u><\/em> meeting of the members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                The Executive Committee <\/strong>shall nominate a slate of all expiring officers\u2019 positions and the three member at large positions.<\/p>\n

                                    My name is Gabriel Baca, and I am a member of the Inland Mendocino Democratic Club. I read about the upcoming officers election on February 8, and am interested in joining the Executive Committee. I have started attending regular meetings in person since the Labor Day picnic at Todd Grove Park, and want to become involved with the Democratic Club. If there are any forms I need to fill out, or additional information that is required for my nomination, please let me know by replying t.o this email.                                           1. Next time we have a big meeting, let's rent a better venue.<\/li>\n
                                          2. Need a place with more stable internet and better AV equipment. Some venues come with it. <\/li>\n

                                          4. Fred<\/strong> will call Marvin Trotter<\/li>\n
