        3. Michelle, Robin and Fred continuing updates and mods to the roster to extend it for a volunteer database. Robin created a volunteer page in our Roster which we will utilize for volunteer efforts.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
        4. Fred <\/em>will add to the Event Template when Sally closes up events to avoid confusion in the future.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
        5. How to reach out to other clubs for help in staffing the booths. CC's liaison - i.e. Judy is the conduit. Lets discuss how we make this work.<\/strong><\/li>\n

                  Section 4.<\/u> Election of Officers and Executive Committee Members at Large<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    The officers and members at large of the Executive Committee shall be elected by a majority vote of the members in good standing in attendance at the February<\/u><\/em> meeting of the members and shall take office immediately following the election.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  2. \n

                    The officers and members at large so elected shall hold office at the pleasure of the membership.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Section 5.<\/u> Nominations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      Nominations shall be conducted at the January<\/u><\/em> meeting of the members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      The Executive Committee shall nominate a slate of all expiring officers\u2019 positions and the three member at large positions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                          My name is Gabriel Baca, and I am a member of the Inland Mendocino Democratic Club. I read about the upcoming officers election on February 8, and am interested in joining the Executive Committee. I have started attending regular meetings in person since the Labor Day picnic at Todd Grove Park, and want to become involved with the Democratic Club. If there are any forms I need to fill out, or additional information that is required for my nomination, please let me know by replying to this email.
