    Motion to Approve treasurer's report as published[Unanimous\/action] <\/b>Robin gave a verbal Treasure's Report: Gained $850 in contributions, Paid Act Blue, Mountain Mike Pizza, Name Cheap for domain name renewal. Expenses are very little right now. Pending status of ten dollar donation to be clarified as to whether or not we give it to the Central Committee. <\/p>\n

        1. All Executive members <\/em><\/strong>shall use the website to access information such as phone numbers of booth volunteers, <\/em>Completed<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. All Executive members w<\/em><\/strong>ill email Fred ideas of what a Booth Staffer should be doing, and use member volunteer list to call for volunteers and IMDC membership renewal. <\/em><\/li>\n
        3. Fred <\/em><\/strong>will add to the Event Template when Sally closes up events to avoid confusion in the future. <\/em>Completed<\/strong><\/li>\n
        4. All Exec members: <\/strong>use member volunteer list to call for Boonville Fair volunteers and IMDC membership renewal.  Completed<\/strong><\/li>\n
        5. Michelle <\/strong>will gain access to the volunteer spreadsheet and work with Fred on divide up the membership as a telephone tree for executive members to call and make a personal connection. Completed <\/strong>Michelle and Robin will work to update the list with new members and resend the divided list with new names included.<\/li>\n
        6. Michelle<\/strong> will write letter to Senator McGuire congratulating him on his promotion on club letterhead. Completed<\/strong><\/li>\n
        7. <\/b>Pumpkinfest <\/a><\/b> \n
            \n
          1. Saturday, October 14th from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday, October 15th from 10am- 4pm in beautiful downtown Ukiah. The theme this year is \u201cPumpkins go to the Renaissance Faire\u201d.<\/li>\n

            Sally said she and Mike would take Sunday from 2-4 so they can take care of the stuff we have left.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

            Fred set up volunteer signup sheet<\/a><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

            All items have to be set up between 6 and 8 on Sat. morning. Michelle and Tekla are setting up and taking down the booth<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

            The booths should be open from 10-6 on Sat, 2-4 on Sunday.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

            Probably 2 hour shifts should be good.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

            1. We need to establish a way to keep the website up to date and to exist after I've crossed the great divide.<\/li>\n

            3. Robin <\/strong>will budget $100 a month for webmaster.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

                1. Michelle will write a welcome letter from us to new senator welcoming her to the democratic family.<\/li>\n
                2. How to reach out to other clubs for help in staffing the booths for different events was discussed<\/li>\n
                3. Michelle and Fred will update the call lists and send them out to exec committee members.<\/li>\n
                4. Endorsement ad hoc Committee<\/strong>\n

                  1. Endorsements Standing Rule 2022<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
                  2. At any time prior to, or at, the IMDC meeting closest to 1 month before the close of filing for office for any election in Mendocino County, the Executive Committee shall appoint an ad hoc committee called the Endorsement Committee (EC) consisting of at least three members in good standing for the purpose of executing this Endorsement Standing Rule.<\/li>\n
