The main 2024 Ukiah Country PumpkinFest event will be held on Saturday, October 19th from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday, October 20th from 10am- 4pm in beautiful downtown Ukiah.  The theme this year is \u201cPumpkinFest: Down the Rabbit Hole<\/em>\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Booth game developer<\/h3>\t\t\t

This is a pre-event task to be finished a week before the event
\nBooth game developer (Start in August)
\nFigure out an activity for kids. Even though it\u2019s an \u201cinformation\u201d booth, it\u2019s best to have something for kids to do while their parents are talking or registering to vote. Common activities in the past:
\nToss a sand bag into a board and win a prize if you get it in the opening.
\nSpin a wheel for various prizes
\nDraw a picture relating to the theme. Renaissance fair is this year\u2019s theme.
\nCreate the game, whatever it might be.
\nBuy prizes (or get some donated)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

Booth Designer<\/h3>\t\t\t

This is a pre-event task to be finished a week before the event

\nLine up:

\nChairs
\nDisplays if any
\nCampaign literature to hand out
\nVoter reg forms
\nCanopy

Setup \/Takedown<\/h3>\t\t\t

SETUP

\nGather booth furniture, collateral, forms, etc. from storage locker.
\nCoordinate with Booth Designer
\nSetup before 9 AM
\nIf more items (prizes, collateral) are needed for Sunday, coordinate how to get them.<\/p>\n

TAKE DOWN
\nThis is a post-event task
\nGather booth furniture, collateral, forms, etc. return to storage locker.
\nDeliver any contributions to CC
\nCoordinate with Booth Designer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>
