Sookne.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>MHQ Project Review - tabled until next month.\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"I\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"I\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Time to think about what went right and what can be improved, is it worth doing again, and other ideas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Pumkinfest and other events - need to have a list of every event.\u00a0 <strong>Scott will volunteer to contact Slam Dunk Pizza about an election night party.<\/strong>\u00a0 Steve has a big screen.\u00a0 Must happen soon before Oct 24.\u00a0 Will send out notice by email.\u00a0 The City has a calendar of events.\u00a0 <strong>Scott will put together a list of events.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/inlandmendodems.org\/WP\/document\/by-laws-of-imdc\/\">Executive Committee Elections - By Laws <\/a><\/b>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\" start=\"1\" type=\"I\">\n<li><strong>Vice-President<\/strong> and <strong>Treasurer<\/strong> shall be elected in even numbered years.<\/li>\n<li>The Executive Committee shall nominate a slate of all expiring officers\u2019 positions and the three member at large positions.<\/li>\n<li>Any member may run for office or member at large by submitting their name in writing to the Executive Committee at <em>least thirty (30) days prior<\/em> to the <strong>January membership meeting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Executive Committee's slate of candidates and a list of all other candidates shall be distributed to the membership using any electronic or physical means as appropriate <em>at least fifteen (15) days prior<\/em> to the <strong>election date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>(30) days prior to the January membership meeting. <strong>Dec 13<\/strong><br \/>\nNominations Jan 12<br \/>\nAt least fifteen (15) days prior to the election date. <strong>Jan 25<\/strong><br \/>\nElection <strong>Feb 9<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Kayla might want to be the new liaison but will be absent for a few months due to her medical condition.\u00a0 Judy can replace Jim as the liaison to the Central Committee.\u00a0 Judy might want to also be a member at large on the Executive Committee.\u00a0 <strong>Helen will head up the elections ad hoc committee.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Appoint Elections ad hoc Committee -<\/strong> Helen will head it.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>WHO ARE WE?\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-roman;\" start=\"1\" type=\"I\">\n<li>Consider Club meetings - We agreed to consider how many people show up to our election night party and then decide if we should resume have physical meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Continue Zooming?\u00a0 Many are still concerned with the COVID virus and would rather Zoom.\u00a0 Others suspect that there might be more participation if we had physical meetings also.<\/li>\n<li>In person - find a venue.\u00a0 Scott will talk to Slam Dunk Pizza about an election night party as the first step.<\/li>\n<li>Program - continue forum style with guest speakers?
