      4. Recruitment efforts - Bill Brockenborough, Hopland Fire Department<\/strong>\n

        1. The Hopland Band of Pomo Indians is having a big meeting on Tuesday, September 27 from 6pm - 7:30pm\u00a0 at theTribal\u00a0 Community Hall where Bill Brockenborough and other firefighters will be using one of our MHQ kits to register Tribal People to vote.\u00a0 The Tribal Elders requested contact with the IMDC.
          \n<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Fred and Scott will go.\u00a0 Robin will provide their contact information to Bill.<\/li>\n

        7. MHQ Kits<\/strong>\n

          1. 6 kits have been deployed: Robin, Scott and Jim in Ukiah, Kayla in Willits, Val in Anderson Valley, and Tekla in Covelo.<\/li>\n
          2. Those who want to borrow a kit will have to contact Fred through the website and he will give them the contact information for one of the kits.\u00a0 The person keeping the kit will orient the borrower as to how to register voters.<\/li>\n
          3. A strap on the sandwich board makes carrying it much easier.\u00a0 Scott will put a strap on his. Robin will add a strap to Kayla's kit.<\/li>\n
          4. We need to call our lists of members to recruit more volunteers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
