    \n<\/b>202647 Motion to Approve treasurer's report after finding out about the $700 withdrawn on June 21: <\/strong>5 ayes, 1 abstention

    1. Last year Scott sent out the membership reminder letter single-handed.\u00a0 We want a union printer but none is available in Mendocino County.\u00a0 The number of membership reminder letters is small enough that it is overkill to try to use a union printer.<\/li>\n
    2. John Haschak's campaign wants to donate to us.\u00a0 Scott is making inquiries if this is permitted.\u00a0

                2. Reimbursing for gasoline was not discussed.\u00a0 Sally said our insurance covers volunteers while they are set up, so we don't need insurance.<\/li>\n
                3. Sally added that the CC can provide funds because we will be promoting federal candidates.<\/li>\n
                4. Jim estimated $100 per sandwich board using 5\/8\" plywood. Maybe 1\/4\" plywood would cost less and be lighter weight.<\/li>\n

                    2. Fred will find out that person's name who is coordinating volunteers.\u00a0 <\/strong>Fred will email members to schedule volunteers including the name of the person doing the schedule. Kayla will help Fred\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
