        1. Discussion concluded that it is too early to scale back.\u00a0 Better to expand the pool of volunteers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

          1. Approve new Members in Good Standing - none at this time.<\/li>\n
          2. Endorsements - Steve is ready to report\n

            1. Reviewed current endorsement policy.\u00a0 Original unmarked document is on the IMDC website.<\/li>\n
            2. Need an endorsement committee. Need to find volunteers for the endorsement committee.\u00a0 Add it to the letter.<\/li>\n
            3. Fred will add it to the online newsletter and to mailchimp.<\/strong>\u00a0 Need to send the letter out by July 7th.<\/li>\n

            9. Report on recruitment efforts\n

              1. Members reported the results of calling members in good standing to recruit them<\/li>\n
              2. Helen reported 2 people interested<\/li>\n
              3. Robin & Jim reported that a few said they\u00a0 would consider it and some said they will be available in August<\/li>\n
              4. Robin suggests we should also call our former members who are not all paid up members<\/li>\n
              5. Jim thinks it would be better to send letters to the lapsed members rather than phoning.<\/li>\n
              6. Fred will work with Kayla to write the letter and get it done within the next week.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              7. Jim will ask SEIU Patrick and find a union printer.\u00a0 Send letters first to those whose memberships have lapsed.\u00a0 Jim will search for the envelopes that Joe gave him.<\/strong>\u00a0 Patrick responded that there are no local union printers but offered the SEIU office printer.<\/li>\n
              8. Scott has envelopes and mailing labels.<\/li>\n
              9. Then we will print the letters and mail them out before July 7.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              10. MHQ Budget\n

                1. Committee of Fred, Robin & Helen have appt on June 29 to see the Dem storage shed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                2. Fire and water tax - will we endorse it?<\/li>\n
                3. Helen arranged for energy speakers for our next meeting.\u00a0 Plan a discussion on the proposed fire and water tax for the following month.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
