        \nThe Executive Committee proposes that we amend the By Laws to allow the current president to be elected to an additional term for the 2027-2028 term and revert back to the current term limits after the 2028 Presidential campaign. We are asking you, the members, to approve this amendmentQuestion:
        \nShall the IMDC By Laws be amended to suspend the term limit of the President of IMDC for the 2027-2028 term and revert to the 4 term limit subsequent to the 2027-2028 term?<\/strong><\/li>\n
