The Mendocino County Democratic Party is gearing up for its annual Labor Day Picnic and would like to request your help.  This event is a major fundraiser to support our activities throughout the county in support of our endorsed candidates.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Mendocino County Democratic Party is dedicated to supporting the grassroots activities of our chartered clubs whenever we can.  This fundraiser is an important part in making sure we have the funds when you need them .<\/strong><\/div>\n

Set up begins at 10 and Central Committee members all clean up and we have our monthly meeting afterwards. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Silent Auction<\/b><\/h2>\n

he picnic will feature a silent auction. Please consider donating items for the auction. Gift certificates for dining or lodging, art objects, homemade preserves, summer garden produce, and jewelry are always great silent auction items. Whatever you might like to contribute will be greatly appreciated. If you have items that you wish to contribute to the silent auction, please contact<\/p>\n

\nSet up Welcome Table: Sign In Badges\/Sharpies\/Sign-In Sheet\/Masks
\nSet up Paraphernalia Table & identify suggested donations, donation jar<\/p>\n

Picnic Do-ers<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. 2 people to exchange $ for tickets (for drinks and food) We'll have a poster there so you know what is what. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. 2 people for Welcome table<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. 1-2 at Voter Registration<\/em> table\/club table <\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. help Susan coordinate the Silent Auction<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5.  someone to help at the food booth<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. coordinate the finger food dessert potluck and many to contribute to it. This will be inside with the silent auction.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Wine servers <\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Pick up 2 cases of beer at Anderson Brewery and  bring it chilled if possible.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Put up posters everywhere in the county when they are finished.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Obtain and set up the sound system. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
